Some roof tiles are so heavily laden with "Green Growth" that it is only when the area is cleaned down that any damaged tiles can be viewed and subsequently be replaced as part of our roof repairs service.

Once the roof area is fully cleaned the exterior including walls, windows, fascias and soffits are all lightly pressure washed  clean. The site will be completely tidied and neighbouring properties will be checked to ensure they are left free of any evidence of the cleaning under taken.
